Bowman was an American company.

Company history

The Bellefontaine , Ohio company was active in mechanical engineering before and after 1900 . John and Paul Bowman ran it. In 1900 they made two automobiles to customer orders. The brand name was Bowman . As a result, there were plans to move the headquarters to Chicago and really get into the automotive business, but they were not carried out. It is not known when the company was dissolved.

There were no affiliations with the Bowman Automobile Company and the Bowman Motor Car Company , which used the same brand name.
