Konollman was an American manufacturer of vehicles .

Company history

H. Konollman ran the company in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania . He made bicycles . In 1900 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Konollman . In the same year the production of motor vehicles ended . There were plans to give licenses to other manufacturers, although it remains unclear whether there were actually licensees.

It is not known when the company was dissolved.

On August 12, 1915, there was a report about a Harry Konollman who ran a car repair shop in Philadelphia and was a truck driver . It is unclear whether they are the same person.

Motor vehicles

Only one model was on offer. It was very light at around 113 kg. Nevertheless, a payload of about 136 kg was specified. Many parts came from bicycle construction. The vehicles were powered by a gasoline engine . Konollman manufactured the engine, gearbox and power transmission himself. The setup was an open runabout with space for two people. The original price was 350 US dollars .
