The company was based in Utica , New York, United States . It manufactured automobiles between 1901 and 1902. The brand names were Elite and Saratoga Tourist .

These were light steam wagons . The steam engine had two cylinders . It drove the rear axle via a chain. The open body offered space for two people. The vehicles were strikingly decorated, including an emblem that resembled a tiara .
