The company was founded in 1902 in Lynn , Massachusetts . In early 1903, the Malden Automobile Company from Malden , Massachusetts was taken over. In the same year the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Lynn . Production ended in 1903. In total, only a few vehicles were built.
