Charles Walterscheid, WM Walterscheid and Alexander Glass founded the company in January 1902. The company was based in Wichita , Kansas . Automobile production began in the spring of the same year. The brand name was Walterscheid . Production ended in 1903. In total, only a few vehicles were built.
A second source confirms the people, the place, the construction time and the brand name, but not the company name. Instead, the company name is mentioned on January 19, 1902 in The Wichita Daily Eagle .
