The company was founded in late 1904 in San Francisco , California . It emerged from the Hill Climber Bicycle Manufacturing Company . Peter J. Scharbach was President, AB Cameron Vice President, M. Markowitz Treasurer and TJ Henderson Machinist. The production of automobiles began in 1904. The brand name was Hill Climber . Production ended in 1905.
