Tiffany Electric Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles . Another source uses the name Tiffany Electric Car Company.

Company history

C. Leroy Pelletier bought the bankrupt Flanders Manufacturing Company in 1913 and founded his own company. The headquarters and plant were in Flint , Michigan . He manufactured automobiles between October 1913 and March 1914. The brand name was Tiffany , possibly with the addition of Electric .

Then a reorganization led to the Flanders Electric Company in Pontiac .

Electric cars were on offer . The chassis had a wheelbase of 254 cm . There were the versions Mignon and De Luxe . Both had closed superstructures. In December 1913, a Bijou called a Roadster added to the range. There was space for two people. The price of $ 750 was cheap for an electric car.
