Company history

The company was founded in Sandusky , Ohio in 1911 . It mainly manufactured commercial vehicles. In addition, some passenger cars were built . The brand name was Sandusky . Production ended in 1914. The company went bankrupt . The Akron Beacon Journal reported on it on March 3, 1914.

Dauch Manufacturing Company from the same town took over what was left of the company and made tractors .
