Stearns-Knight was an American automobile brand.

The FB Stearns Company of Cleveland in Ohio had already since 1900 passenger car brand Stearns made. From 1912 vehicles were manufactured that had slide motors based on the Charles Yale Knight system . They were called the Stearns-Knight . They were luxury automobiles.

Production of the Stearns Knight vehicles ended on December 20, 1929.
