Commerce Motor Car Company was an American manufacturer of motor vehicles . Another source uses the name Commerce Motor Truck Company .
Company history
The company was based in Detroit , Michigan . Commercial vehicles were built from 1911 . Only in 1922 were passenger cars in the range. The brand name was Commerce . Relay Motors took over the company in 1927 . Production ended in 1932.
There was no association with the American Machine Manufacturing Company , which manufactured automobiles with the same brand name.
