Delmore Sales & Service was an American manufacturer of automobiles . Another source names the name Delmore Motors Corporation . This company name also appears at a company that was founded on July 19, 1922 with its headquarters in New York City and registration in the US state of Delaware .

Company history

The company was founded in New York City in 1921. In the same year the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Delmore . At the end of 1923 the company was dissolved. A department in Delaware was closed in January 1926 after two years of no taxation.

Tricycles were on offer. It had a single rear wheel. The vehicles were powered by a two-cylinder Indian engine with 22 hp . The chassis had a wheelbase of 173 cm . Available were runabouts and coupé with a long bonnet, a taxi with a shorter bonnet and the driver's seat behind the passengers, and a small utility vehicle with a front loading area called the parcel carrier .
