The company was founded in 1916 in Binghamton in the US state New York founded. It was from 1916 to 1932 Commercial Vehicles brand Larrabee ago. In addition, several hundred emerged 1925-1927 passenger cars and taxis branded Majestic .

Other American manufacturers of Majestic passenger cars were Majestic Motor Car Company and Majestic Motor Company .

The cars had Buda engines . Many were used as taxis in New York City . One illustration shows a landaulet .

The trucks had pneumatic tires from the beginning when many competitors were still using solid rubber tires . The vehicles had six-cylinder engines from 1920 . They were given as 1 to 5 tons.
