Company history
The Frenchman François Richard, who previously ran the Richard Automobile Manufacturing Company , founded the company in 1919. The seat was in Cleveland , Ohio . He made a few automobiles until the end of 1920, which were marketed as La Marne .
In addition, a production took place at Anglo-American Motors in Canada .
