Company history
The company was founded in Chicago , Illinois in 1919 . Automobile production began in 1919 or 1920. The brand name was Marshall . It was named after the dealership Marshall Motor Car Company from the same city. There were connections with the Norwalk Motor Car Company and the Piedmont Motor Car Company . Production ended in 1922.

The only model was the Model K . It had a four-cylinder engine from Lycoming with 35 hp power. The chassis had a 295 cm wheelbase . The setup was called Beauty Touring . It was a touring car with four to five seats.
