Mulford Motors Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The racing driver Ralph K. Mulford had made some reputation and fortune. In 1915 he was already running the Ralph K. Mulford Company , which manufactured two vehicles, but did not sell any, but gave them to donors.
In 1922 he founded the new company in Brooklyn , New York State . In the same year he manufactured five automobiles which were marketed as Mulford .

At least one of the vehicles had a four-cylinder engine with four-valve technology . According to Mulford, he was based on a Duesenberg engine from before the First World War .
