Consolidated Motor Car Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles from Connecticut .
Company history
The brothers Albert E. and Bert E. Lazaro and Frank J. Kenney founded the company in October 1919. The company was based in Middlefield . They started producing automobiles in 1920. The brand names were BEL , short for Bert E. Lazaro, and Sterling . Production ended in the same year.
A few years earlier there was a Consolidated Motor Car Company of the same name in Atlanta , Georgia .
