Ohio Motor Vehicle Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company was founded on October 6, 1919 as the successor to the Ohio Trailer Company . The seat was also in Cleveland , Ohio . Charles A. Riegler was president and William E. Ferris was secretary and treasurer. The production of trailers continued. They also manufactured automobiles from 1920. The brand name was Ferris . Bankruptcy began in June 1921 . Production continued until 1922. On March 1, 1923, the company was officially dissolved.

Many parts were bought in. This included the six-cylinder engine that came from the Continental Motors Company . The vehicles had excellent bodies and were relatively expensive.
In 1920 there was the Model C-20 . The 9 N engine developed 50 hp . The chassis had a wheelbase of 330 cm . A six-seater touring car , a six-seater Sport and a four-seater sedan have been handed down as superstructures .
In 1921 only the name changed to Model C-21 .
In 1922 there were two models in the range. They only differed in the engine power and the new price. The Model 60 had the previous engine with 60 hp and the Model 70 a 6 T engine with 70 hp. The wheelbase remained unchanged. There was a choice of a roadster with two seats, a sedan with four seats and a touring car with six seats, each also in a sports version.
