Temple Brothers was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was a mechanical workshop in Framingham , Massachusetts . In 1921 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Temple-Westcott . Westcott was a doctor or dentist and a financier. Production ended in 1922. For years the total number was 10 or 20 vehicles. A more recent source gives six vehicles.

The vehicles had a V8 engine of Herschell-Spillman . The chassis had a wheelbase between 317 and 330 cm . The Bela Body Company from the same town made the bodies. Another source also gives a six-cylinder engine .
