Wallof Motor Truck Company was an American manufacturer of motor vehicles .

Company history

EG Wallof ran a mechanical workshop in Minneapolis , Minnesota , from around 1900 . There he manufactured a steam car in 1902 . It was not until 1910 that he founded the separate company for vehicle production in the same city. The brand name was Wallof . The focus was on commercial vehicles . Production ended in 1912.

Wallof made a second attempt in Canada with the Redcliff brand .

Passenger cars

One illustration shows a vehicle with relatively large wheels. It is unclear whether it is considered a high wheeler . The engine power was transmitted to the rear axle via chains. The structure was called a depot car . The vehicle was open and had three rows of seats. Was steered with a steering wheel .
