Reya Motor Company was an American manufacturer of motor vehicles .

Company history

The company was founded in Napoleon , Ohio in the summer of 1917 . It belonged to the Napoleon Motors Company . In the same year the production of passenger cars and trucks began . The brand name was Reya . This was the backwards spelling of Napoleon's general manager Malcolm Hall Ayer. Production ended in 1918.

1917 was the only year in which passenger cars were manufactured. The number remained small. One vehicle still exists.

Trucks were built until 1918.
