The company was based in Houston , Texas . George W. Collier was President, Jonathan Lane Vice President, John H. Bright Manager, and JD Bright Sales Director. They sold Baker and Pullman cars . Self-made automobiles were only made in 1910 . The brand name was Imperial .

It is not known when the company was dissolved.
