Auto-Ette Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company from Chrisman , Illinois made a few automobiles in 1913. The brand name was Auto-Ette .

There was no connection with the Manistee Auto Company of Manistee , Michigan , which also marketed a similar vehicle as the Autoette .

The only model is called a cyclecar , although it is unclear whether it met the criteria for cyclecars in terms of cubic capacity and curb weight . An air-cooled V2 engine from Spacke with 9 HP power drove the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The chassis had a wheelbase of 244 cm . One illustration shows an open two-seater.
