Western Automobile Company was a American manufacturer of automobiles from Illinois .

Company history

WP Hall and J. Sidney founded the company in Chicago in 1907 . In 1908 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Western . In early 1908, the company exhibited at the Chicago Automobile Show . Production ended in 1908.

There were no connections to the Western Automobile Company from Colorado or the Western Automobile Company from Washington . Other manufacturers of passenger cars with this brand name were Western Auto Parts Company and Western Carriage Works .
