Gregg Hurwitz

Gregg Andrew Hurwitz (born August 10, 1973 in San Francisco ) is an American writer of crime novels and comics .

biography

Gregg Hurwitz is an internationally known bestselling author . His books have received multiple awards and have been translated into sixteen languages.

He has written screenplays for Jerry Bruckheimer , Paramount Studios , MGM and ESPN . He developed television series for Warner Bros. and Lakeshore , wrote Wolverine , Punisher and Foolkiller for Marvel , and published numerous academic articles on William Shakespeare . He has taught fiction writing at the University of Southern California (Department of English) and has lectured at Harvard , the United States and around the world.

In 2017 he worked as a screenwriter on the film The Book of Henry .

Hurwitz grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area . He earned a Bachelor of Arts at Harvard (1995) and a Master at Trinity College of Oxford University (1996). Hurwitz currently lives in Los Angeles .
