Gregor Isenbort

Gregor Isenbort (* 1970 in East Westphalia ) is a German historian , philosopher and director of the DASA - Working World Exhibition in Dortmund .

Isenbort studied economic history , social history , medieval and modern history as well as philosophy at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and at the University of Perugia .

From 1998 to 2002, Isenbort was responsible for public relations at the House of History in Bonn . In 2003 he took over public relations work at the LVR industrial museum in Oberhausen , where he organized the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the Rheinisches LVR industrial museum in Oberhausen and the 25th anniversary of the LWL industrial museum . In 2004 he became a research assistant at the Rheinisches Landesmuseum Bonn . In 2005 and 2006, Isenbort received a DAAD scholarship for Bogotá in Colombia from the German Academic Exchange Service . Since summer 2007 he has been in charge of public relations and the temporary exhibitions at the Museum for Communication in Berlin . Isenbort was the curator of numerous exhibition projects on topics such as "money", "rumors", "fashion" and "intercultural communication". In March 2013 Gregor Isenbort succeeded founding director Gerhard Kilger as head of the DASA - Working World Exhibition in Dortmund.

Gregor Isenbort has been a member of the Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e. V. Dortmund .
