The Große Sülze is a brook in the area of the city of Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
The stream rises near the village of Irxleben . It flows to the east, crosses the Magdeburg districts of Alt Olvenstedt and Großer Silberberg . Here the scratching width ends in the large aspic. Flowing in a north-easterly direction, the brook passes the Sülzegrund and Kannenstieg districts . To the north-west of the Kannenstieg in the south of the municipality of Barleben , the Kleine Sülze joins the stream in the immediate vicinity of the round pond, west of the Rothenseer Straße.
To the west of Barleber See I in the Magdeburg district of Barleber See , the Große Sülze flows into the Schrote about 1 km below the mouth of the Kleine Sülze .
