geography

course

The Great Rohrbach arises from two spring branches in the Forêt de la Ville de Strasbourg in the Central Vosges . The western source stream rises at an altitude of 950  m east of la Vieille Métairie . It first flows in a south-easterly direction through the dairy and joins at Chalet du Rohrbach with the eastern branch of the spring coming from the north of Kirchbuhl . The combined stream now flows more towards the south and finally flows into the Andlau after about two kilometers at an altitude of about 620  m northeast of Neumelkerei .
