Grub is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Weistrach in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 100 building areas with 43,056 m² and 82 gardens on 261,204 m² in the cadastral community of Grub, in 1989/1990 there were 101 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 159 and in 2009/2010 there were 102 buildings on 159 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 587 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 140 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 579 hectares and 162 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 558 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 168 hectares. The average soil climate of Grub is 33.6 (as of 2010).
