The Hohenzollern mine is a former iron mine in the Bensberg ore district in the Gronau district of Bergisch Gladbach and in the Dellbrück district of Cologne . Due to a Mutungssgesuchs called "Me-Not" of 14 November 1854 was carried out ceremony of the mining area on October 5, 1856 the name Hohenzollern on Eisenstein. The Hohenzollern mine stretched from Duckterath via Schlodderdich to Strunden.
