Schlodderdich
Schlodderdich is a district in the Gronau district of Bergisch Gladbach .
history
In Urkataster which is farm estate Schlodderdich first documented in the year 1584th According to the diary of the Gladbach messenger office of 1758/59, the Schluderdeich estate comprised 32 acres of land. The courtyard buildings were burned to the ground in 1795. In 1905 the settlement consisted of two residential buildings in which 19 residents lived. She gave the Schlodderdicher Weg its name in 1916.
Mining
The Hohenzollern mine was located in the vicinity of Schlodderdich . Iron was mined here in the middle of the 19th century . On the border with Cologne you can still see the pings from opencast mining .
