Coordinates: 59 ° 21 ′ N , 13 ° 6 ′ O Grums is a municipality ( Swedish commun ) in the Swedish province of Värmland County and the historic province of Värmland . The main town of the municipality is Grums .
geography
The municipality is located on the north-western bank of the Vänern and on the European route 18 , which runs further west towards Norway and east towards Örebro and Stockholm .
economy
One of Billerud AB's three Swedish paper mills is located in Grums .
