Gustav Milkoweit

Gustav Milkoweit (born October 21, 1908 in Eydtkuhnen , East Prussia, † May 8, 1988 in Dannenberg ) was a German politician (FDP-GB / BHE).

Life

Milkoweit attended from 1915 to 1918, the primary school and 1918-1924 the middle school . From 1924 to 1934 he worked as a businessman; According to his own statements, he joined the NSDAP on November 1, 1929 ( membership number 199.264), in which he became district director. From 1934 to 1939 he was with the power through joy in Elbing and Neidenburg . From November 15, 1939 to July 12, 1941 he was with the DAF (most recently as district chairman) and from July 13, 1941 to February 25, 1943 as an employee of the district management in Strasbourg (West Prussia) .

Milkoweit was sentenced by the Allied military authorities to six months in prison on January 12, 1948 for belonging to the NSDAP's leadership corps. On January 31, 1950, he was denazified in Category IV by the Lüneburg Main Denazification Committee.

On March 13, 1958, Milkoweit replaced the deceased Herbert Glaeser in the Lower Saxony state parliament, to which he was a member until the end of the election period on May 5, 1959. Until October 5, 1958 he was a member of the FDP-GB / BHE parliamentary group. From September 1, 1958 to May 5, 1959, he was a member of the subcommittee on civil service law.
