Gustav von Roeder
Karl Gustav Oswald Gilbert von Roeder (born August 5, 1805 in Grottkau , † October 8, 1878 in Breslau ) was a German lawyer.
Life
Born as the son of the Prussian major general Heinrich von Roeder , Gustav von Roeder studied law at the universities of Berlin and Bonn . In 1826 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After completing his studies, he became an auscultator in Berlin in 1828 , trainee court judge in 1830 and trainee government in Merseburg in 1831 . In 1840 he was appointed government assessor in Liegnitz , 1851 government councilor in Merseburg and 1852 senior government councilor in Stralsund . In 1854 he was appointed director of the consistory of the old Prussian church province of Silesia in Breslau. In 1865 he became its president. In 1867 he retired.
