Gustl Schön

Gustl Schön (born May 5, 1929 in Wiesau , † March 27, 1997 in Eichstätt ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Schön attended elementary and vocational school and did an apprenticeship as a potter. He then worked as a skilled worker at Tonwerk Wiesau for eight years. Schön visited the Catholic Social Institute in Rosenheim , was diocesan secretary of the Catholic Werkvolks in the diocese of Eichstätt and head of the Catholic People's Office in Eichstätt.

From 1956 Schön was a permanent member of the city council in Eichstätt, from 1972 also a member of the district council and the district committee in the district of Eichstätt . For eighteen years he was district chairman of the CSU in the Eichstätt district or in the former independent city of Eichstätt and for twelve years he was an honorary administrative judge at the Ansbach Administrative Court and most recently in Munich . The holder of the golden citizen medal of the city of Eichstätt was a member of the Bavarian state parliament from 1974 to 1990 , always directly elected in the Eichstätt district . He was a bearer of the Federal Cross of Merit and the Bavarian Order of Merit.
