Guy de Kerimel
Guy de Kerimel (born August 7, 1953 in Meknes , Morocco ) is a French clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Grenoble .
Life
Guy de Kerimel entered the French seminary in Rome after studying history at the Sorbonne and studied philosophy and theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University . On 29 June 1986 he became a member of the Emmanuel Community for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Aix for priests ordained.
On 19 February 2001 appointed him John Paul II. To auxiliary bishop in Nice and titular bishop of Casae Medianae . He was ordained episcopal on June 17th of the same year by the Bishop of Nice, Jean Bonfils SMA . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Marseille , Bernard Panafieu , and the Archbishop of Aix , Claude Feidt . As a motto he chose Manebitis in dilectione mea (“Stay in my love”).
On May 6, 2004 he was appointed coadjutor of Bishop Louis Dufaux in Grenoble. With Dufaux 'resignation on June 10, 2006, he followed this as Bishop of Grenoble.
