Gyergom Tshälthrim Sengge ( Tib .: gyer sgom tshul khrims seng ge ; * 1144 ; † 1204 ) was the founder of the Shugseb Kagyü School ( Tib . : shug gseb bka 'brgyud ), one of the eight small schools of the Kagyü school tradition of Tibetan Buddhism ( Vajrayana ).

He was a student of Phagmodrupa from the Phagdru Kagyu School.

In 1181 he founded Shugseb monastery ( shug gseb dgon pa ) in Chushur (Qüxü) district of Lhasa , the parent monastery of this school, which is now a Nyingmapa monastery.
