The Hüttenseifen (often called Langenbach by the residents of Niederfischbach) is a 1.7 km long orographically right tributary of the Asdorf in Rhineland-Palatinate , Germany . The stream flows completely in the area of the local community Niederfischbach, which belongs to the district of Altenkirchen .
The difference in height between the source and the mouth is about 80 m, which corresponds to a mean bed gradient of 47.2 ‰ with a water length of about 1.7 km . This is a relatively high value for such a small stream in a low mountain range .
The small stream flows through the villages of Langenbach and Hüttseifen until it finally flows into the Asdorf at Fischbacherhütte for the last 700 meters. The stream is fed by a left-hand and two right-hand rivulets .
