Hader is a district of the market in Ruhstorf an der Rott in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau .

The agricultural parish village is located about two kilometers northwest of Ruhstorf in the Isar-Inn hill country .

history

The parish church of St. Philip and James

About 57 prehistoric burial mounds approx. 400 to 700 meters northwest of the church indicate an early settlement.

Hader was under the rule of the Grasensee court in the Griesbach nursing court , from which the Grasensee patrimonial court emerged in the 19th century . In 1824 the spelling was Haader .

From a political point of view, Hader was the chairman of Hütting in the canton of Bavaria . Forest and from the 19th century it was part of the Hütting tax district and the resulting municipality of Hütting. With this, Hader was incorporated into Ruhstorf as part of the regional reform in Bavaria in 1972.

Attractions

The parish church of St. Philip and James has a Romanesque and Gothic structure and neo-Gothic furnishings. Ecclesiastically, Hader was originally a branch of the parish of Tettenweis , became a branch in 1863 and a parish in 1894.
