Hütting is a district of the market in Ruhstorf an der Rott in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau . Until 1972 it formed an independent municipality.

Hütting is located in the Rottal about four kilometers northwest of Ruhstorf.
history
Hütting formed an executive committee , which in 1752 included twelve places. Hütting was judicially subordinate to the office in front of the forest of the district court Griesbach , parts belonged to the court brands Kleeberg , Pillham and Ruhstorf as well as to the St. Nikola monastery .
1811 from the Chairman stem Hütting and parts of chairman machinations was Höhenstadt , Engertsham and mountains of the tax district formed Hütting with which the congregation was formed from Hütting covered. It included the places Barhof, Buchet, Eden, Grund, Hader , Hausmanning, Hindlau, Hütting, Neudöbl, Niederhofen, Niederreith, Oberreith, Reiserfeld, Reschau, Rosenberg, Sicking, Stockland and Vorreith. The community belonged to the district of Griesbach im Rottal and was incorporated into the large community of Ruhstorf ad Rott on January 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
