Hahn-Lehmden is a district of the Lower Saxony municipality of Rastede in the Ammerland district .

Hahn-Lehmden is located in the northern municipality and has 1752 inhabitants. The proportion of foreigners is 1.9%.

The place has a primary school and a kindergarten. A natural swimming pool, a sports hall and a sports field are available as leisure facilities. The local sports club TuS Lehmden from 1908 has around 660 members.

The federal motorway 29 from Oldenburg to Wilhelmshaven runs on the western edge of the village. The Hahn-Lehmden junction is located southwest of Lehmden.

The head office of Ulla Popken GmbH is located in Hahn-Lehmden . The company is an international fashion company with an annual turnover of around 250 million euros with women's fashion in large sizes .

Another large local employer is Robert Kraemer GmbH & Co. KG , which annually produces around 5,000 t of binding agents for the printing inks, coatings and adhesives industries as well as special applications.

The Hahn-Lehmden landfill was the first landfill in Lower Saxony to be transferred from the operational phase to the aftercare phase. Since 1999 the landfill has been monitored on the basis of the aftercare plan that has been drawn up.
