Location of Lehmdermoor in Lower Saxony |
Lehmdermoor is a district of the municipality of Rastede in the Ammerland district in Lower Saxony .
The peasantry , located about six kilometers north of Rastede, has 92 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2018). In 2004 there were 118 inhabitants. The next town is Hahn-Lehmden and is about three kilometers away.
The core cell of the peasantry is a single Köterhof , which was founded here as early as the so-called Danish period (1667–1773). As a result of a petition from the farmer's son Johann Rohde to the Oldenburg Chamber of Commerce, ten more mutt sites were created in 1800. These had to settle in a row next to the first courtyard. The court row is popularly known as "The Twelve Apostles" and is located on today's Lehmder Straße.
