Hello Sister! (Original title: Nurses ) is an American sitcom that aired on NBC between 1991 and 1994 .

The series is about a hospital in Miami that also houses Dr. Harry Weston from the Harrys Nest series , who is a neighbor of the Golden Girls . Head nurse Sandy Miller and nurses Annie Roland, Gina Cuevas and Julie Milbury, as well as nurse Greg, work together on a ward. In addition, from the second season there is the cheater Jack Trenton, who was sentenced to social service in the hospital. The Latin American nurse Gina is in the doctor Dr. Hank Kaplan falls in love, and in the course of the series they become a couple and she has a child.

The series drew its humor from the protagonists' attempts to cope with the daily stress of everyday hospital life.

Hello Sister! was a spin-off from the Harrys Nest series , which in turn was a spin-off from Golden Girls . All three series were developed by Susan Harris and their actors each had guest appearances in the other two, so that together with Golden Palace they form a common series universe .
