Ada Maris (actually Ada Marentes ; born June 13, 1957 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .

Life

Maris is known for her television series roles: Maria Conchita Lopez in What a Country (1986–1987), Gina Cuevas in Hallo Sister! (1991–1994), Sonia Garcia in The Brothers Garcia (2000–2004), Captain Erika Hernandez in Star Trek: Enterprise (2004–2005) and Aurelia Rivera in Love, Lies, Passion (2009–2010). She had several other guest appearances in series, such as in aka Pablo (1984), The Bill Cosby Show (1985), Hill Street Police Station (1985), Renegade - Merciless Hunt (1985), Knight Rider (1986), Fighting the Mafia (1990), Listen to the Hammer (1996), Nash Bridges (1997), Walker, Texas Ranger (1999), The District - Einsatz in Washington (2004) and Deception (2013).
