2 Days in the Valley (Alternative title: Two Days in the Valley ; original title: 2 Days in the Valley ) is a thriller by John Herzfeld from the year 1996 .
action
The killers Lee Woods and Dosmo Pizzo ambush and kill Roy Foxx in the house of his ex-wife Becky after they have drugged her with a syringe. The next day, Lee shoots Dosmo, lays false tracks and blows up his car to pin the crime on him. While Lee flees with his Norwegian friend Helga Svelgen, Dosmo can escape unnoticed to a nearby house thanks to a protective vest.
The house is occupied by the young, eccentric art dealer Allan Hopper, who is just recovering from a kidney colic . Dosmo takes Allan and his shy assistant Susan Perish hostage. Meanwhile, Audrey Hopper, Allan's sister, and the suicidal film director Teddy Peppers arrive at the house. Audrey is a nurse and Allan called her earlier.
Meanwhile, Becky wakes up next to Roy's body and runs out of the house in a panic. She is picked up by two policemen of the custom who happen to come across her. Aggressive Alvin Strayer stops his colleague Wes Taylor from investigating further and tells him to turn the case over to the homicide squad. However, Wes notices a packet of cigarettes intentionally left by Lee, and he suspects Becky, because Becky spoke of several perpetrators, but did not even notice the crime. It is later revealed that Becky hired Lee and Helga to kill Roy for $ 30,000. However, the money is still in Becky's house, which she does not want to return to. Instead of Becky, Lee drives to the house again, although the homicide squad is already investigating the house. The case does not leave Wes alone, and he visits his colleagues there. To make matters worse, Dosmo comes past the house with his hostages, where the story comes to a bloody end.
