Oliver Wood

Oliver Wood (born April 2, 1950 in London ) is a British cameraman .

Life

He gained his first experience as a cameraman in the late 1960s. In the 1970s he only appeared occasionally as a cameraman. From 1986 to 1989 he worked for camera work in 53 episodes for the television series Miami Vice . From the 1990s on, he mainly worked on action films. He was the cameraman for the first three parts of the Bourne cinema series.

In 2008 he was nominated for the British Academy Film Award in the category Best Cinematography for his performance on The Bourne Ultimatum . In 1991 he had won the Jupiter Film Prize for best camera work.

In the 2010 film The Slightly Different Cops Wood appeared for the first time as an actor and took on a small supporting role.
