Hamdi Döker

Hamdi Döker (born June 19, 1956 in Bursa ) is an Austrian producer , line producer , author and curator of Turkish origin .

Life

He was born in Bursa in western Turkey. After graduating from high school, he studied chemistry at İTÜ . In addition to studying, worked for Zeki Ökten and Bilge Olgaç . 1980 moved Döker to Vienna and was planning at the Technical University to dissertieren, and worked as assistant director and manager in Austria , Germany and Switzerland . In the 1980s, Döker worked with Austrian directors such as Wolfram Paulus , Anton Peschke , Ralph Werner and Mizheal Zens and production companies such as Marwo Film, Satel Film , SK Film Salzburg, Alpha Film Munich and Trans Film Berlin. He then mainly worked as a line producer for international productions within Turkey . in the late 1990s he worked for Houchang Allahyari , Wolfram Paulus, Fatih Akın, and Berengar Stake . He currently lives in Turkey and Upper Austria and has four children. His eldest son Deniz Cooper is an actor.
