The Streets of Berlin is a 22-part television series that was produced in Berlin for the television broadcaster ProSieben . The crime series is about the investigative group of the "Special Commission for Organized Crime", which investigates in the Berlin underground. The individual episodes were between 90 minutes and 105 net minutes long.

The directors of the episodes included Werner Masten , Pete Ariel , Reinhard Münster , Thorsten Näter , Michael Lähn , Ate de Jong , Michael Zens and Peter Welz . The scripts were written by Wolfgang Limmer , Peter Zingler , Axel Götz , Uwe Wilhelm , Conny Lens and Thomas Kirchner , among others .
