Hamminkeln is the eponymous district of the city of the same name Hamminkeln .
history
As part of the municipal reorganization (Section 5 of the Lower Rhine Act ), the Ringenberg Office, to which Hamminkeln belonged, was dissolved on January 1, 1975. Hamminkeln has since formed the current town of Hamminkeln in the Wesel district of the Lower Rhine, along with Brünen , Dingden , Loikum , Mehrhoog , Ringenberg and Wertherbruch .
