Hanna Gienow

Hanna Gienow (born May 29, 1943 in Lübz ) is a Hamburg CDU politician.

Life

Hanna Gienow attended the school from 1949 to 1961 in her place of birth Lübz in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district . After finishing school, she studied to be a primary school teacher in Schwerin from 1961 to 1964 . She worked in the profession until 1975 in her hometown. It began in 1975 in Potsdam , a postgraduate course for high school teacher and ended it in 1978. After that it will work again as a teacher until 1981 in Potsdam .

In 1983 he left the GDR for the Federal Republic of Germany . Since 1984 she has been a teacher and deputy headmistress at Jenisch Gymnasium ( private school ) in the Nienstedten district .

She is married and has two kids.

Gienow has been a member of the CDU since 1983. She has been in the Altona District Assembly since 1997 . Since 1995 she has also been the local chair of her party in Ottensen .

She was a member of the Hamburg Parliament from October 2001 to March 2011 . There she worked on the submissions committee and the health committee. She was the specialist spokesperson for the CDU parliamentary group for consumer protection .
