Hans-Günter Naumann

Hans-Günter Naumann (born October 28, 1935 in Rathenow , † September 26, 2010 in Munich ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

After his hometown was destroyed, Naumann moved to Oppach in Saxony and later to Braunschweig , where he graduated from high school in 1955. He then studied economics in Vienna and Munich and, after graduating in economics in Munich, worked for the then SPD state chairman Waldemar von Knoeringen and later as a research assistant at the Academy for Political Education in Tutzing created by the Bavarian state parliament .

In 1961 Naumann became a member of the SPD. From 1969 to 1978 he was managing director of the "Münchner Forum eV". From 1970 to 1994 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament , at times he was directly elected . From 1982 to 1992 he was chairman of the Munich SPD. He was also a visiting professor at several academies of political education and the author of essays on economic policy and political science topics.
